VENISON STEW 
2 lb. venison stew meat
2 tsp. cooking oil
3 stalks celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 c. tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown venison in oil. Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low heat 7 to 10 hours. Spice to taste.
