GRANOLA BARS 
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. non-fat powdered milk
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. coconut
2 1/2 c. oats (oatmeal)
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts; optional
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
2 eggs, beaten

Melt and simmer first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add cooled mixture to large bowl; mix well. Press in 15 x 10 cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.

Use 6 cups oats for granola. Crumble when cool.
