Ritz bite size crackers
Peanut butter
8 oz. chocolate (semi-sweet or chocolate bar)
1/3 block paraffin

Spread cracker with peanut butter. Cap with like size cracker. Melt chocolate bar and paraffin in top of double boiler. Spear cracker sandwich with toothpick and dip in the chocolate mixture, turning to coat. Let harden on a buttered cookie sheet or waxed paper. Chocolate mixture should be kept over hot water for proper consistency.
