SWORDFISH KEBABS 
2 lbs. Swordfish, cubed
Onion
Cherry tomatoes
Green pepper
Mushrooms

MARINADE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c. sesame seeds

Mix all ingredients for marinade sauce except sesame seeds. Marinate all ingredients except mushrooms for several hours. Dip mushrooms in marinade just before skewering. Cook on grill about 12 minutes. After kebabs are cooked, roll in sesame seeds.
