BLACK CAP PUDDING 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Black caps

SAUCE:

1/4 lb. butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together sugar, butter and egg. Gradually add flour mixture and milk. Beat all together. Place 1/2 dough mixture into greased pan. Add generous supply of berries. Add remaining dough and bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

SAUCE: Blend together about 1/4 pound butter with confectioners' sugar. Add berries. Have butter soft.
