BLUEBERRY CRISP 
Great served warm with cream or ice cream!

4 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch

CRUMBLE TOPPING:

1/3 cup softened butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together blueberries, sugar and cornstarch. Place in 1 1/2-quart baking dish (8x8-inch). Blend toping ingredients together until crumbly and spread over blueberries.

Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
