VEAL PARMESAN 
8 cubed veal patties (about 2 lb.)
2 med. eggs (beaten)
3/4 c. Italian Seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 c. olive oil
1 jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip each veal patty in egg and coat with breadcrumbs. In a skillet, brown patties on both sides in oil. Arrange patties in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour Ragu Italian cooking sauce over patties. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
