VEAL PARMESAN 
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. pasta sauce
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs (seasoned)

Mix thyme, lemon pepper, 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese with meat; form into patties. Whip egg then dip patties into egg mixture and cover with bread crumbs. Brown lightly in frying pan with a little oil. In baking dish pour some of the pasta sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Place patties on top of sauce and pour rest of sauce over top. Sprinkle remainder of Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
