ITALIAN WEDDING SOUP 
4 cans chicken broth
meatballs (from frozen food section of store or make your own)
2 to 3 cloves garlic (if fresh; 2 to 3 tbsp. if from jar)
small pkg. spinach
other seasonings (as desired: basil, etc.)
mushrooms (optional)

If using frozen meatballs, slightly thaw them in microwave. Bring broth to a boil and add meatballs, garlic and any other seasonings you prefer. Boil over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add spinach and cook just until wilted.

Note: This is a good recipe for a few or a lot of people. Add more (or less) broth, meatballs and seasonings, depending on the number of people you are serving. Keeps well in refrigerator several days, if it lasts that long! Delicious with hot bread!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
