HARVEST PIE 
1 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello instant pudding with pie filling, French vanilla or vanilla 2 c.
thawed Cool Whip
1 pkg. graham cracker crumb crust
1 apple, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. Kraft mini marshmallows
1/4 c. caramel sauce or ice cream topping

Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pie filling mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1-2 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Fold whipped topping into filling mixture. Pour into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Sprinkle with apples, pecans and marshmallows just before serving. Drizzle caramel sauce over pie.

Makes 8 servings. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Chill time: 2 hours.
