EASY TUNA CHEESE PIE 
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
1 c. shredded Swiss or American cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (12 oz.) can tuna
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Bake pie shell or crumble saltines in pie plate. In large bowl, toss tuna, cheese and onions. Spoon into pastry. In bowl, stir together eggs, mayonnaise and milk. Slowly pour over tuna pie.

Bake at 375°F for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
