BARBECUE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 - 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1 chopped med. onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. frozen corn

Dip chicken into flour with salt and fry in hot fat for 15 minutes. Remove chicken, drained to a 3 quart casserole dish. Remove all but 1 tablespoon of fat from skillet. Add onion to fat and saute until tender. Add celery. Then add next 6 ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Twenty-five minutes before finished baking, add corn.
