BLENDER HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
3 egg yolks
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash of hot sauce
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt to taste

Combine egg yolks, lemon juice, hot sauce, and salt in blender. Process until well blended on high speed. Continue to blend and gradually add melted butter. Makes about 1/2 cup.
