EASY BLENDER HOLLANDAISE 
In a food processor fitted with a steel blade or in a blender, combine:

3 egg yolks
4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Pinch of cayenne

Turn the machine on and immediately off. With motor running, pour in, in a stream, but very slowly:

2 sticks (1 cup) of melted butter

Yield: approximately 1 1/4 cups. Make this Hollandaise just before serving!

This was lovely and lemony. Perfect if you don't care for a mustard sauce. The recipe was easy to follow and turned out beautifully! I have never been able to master a Hollandaise without using a package mix... until now!
