BLENDER HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
3 egg yolks
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. hot water
1 lb. butter which has been clarified (melted, skim off clear liquid and use only this)

Combine all ingredients except water and butter in blender. Mix on low speed. Add hot water while still blending. Gradually add warm clarified butter while blending on low speed.
