MICROWAVE SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5-6 med. potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk (soup can)
Bacon bits
2-3 slices Velveeta or American cheese
Bacon bits or ham

Peel and slice potatoes. Place in casserole dish. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 can milk and 1/4 cup onion and bacon bits or ham. Microwave on high 20-25 minutes. Top with cheese and let melt.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
