NOODLE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 med. head cabbage, shredded 1 ring polish or smoked sausage, sliced 1 (8 oz.) bag of cooked noodles (wide noodles) Slice and brown sausage in 1 tablespoon of oil, add shredded cabbage and 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Add a little caraway seed, salt and pepper according to taste. When cabbage is cooked, add drained noodles and cook 10 minutes on low heat. Stir once in a while. |
