OVEN-BARBECUED PORK 
1 (5 lb.) pork loin
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 clove of garlic, minced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
4 drops Tabasco sauce

Place pork in shallow pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 2 hours. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over roast. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting frequently. Yield: 8 servings.
