LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 Duncan Hines pudding cake mix (yellow)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg
1/3 c. oil

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, 1/3 cup oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mix lightly in ungreased 13"x9" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cheese and lemon juice until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
