BRANDY BERRY SALAD 
4 c. broccoli flowerettes
4 c. fresh cauliflower
1 lg. red onion
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Miracle Whip
1 lb. crisp bacon
1 lg. head cut up lettuce
2 c. seasoned croutons
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Combine sugar, cheese, salt and mayonnaise and mix well. Toss vegetable pieces into dressing. Add bacon, water chestnuts, lettuce and croutons before serving.
