1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
1/2 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg and add sugar, salt and vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add to egg mixture. Add nutmeats and apples and mix well. Bake in a greased pie pan at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Kinda chewy.
