BOURBON BALLS 
3 c. vanilla wafers
1 c. ground pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. white corn syrup
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. good 100 proof whiskey

Mix all together, form into small balls. Roll in additional powdered sugar. Keep in tight container in refrigerator. Best made 2 weeks before eating.
