CHIPPED HAM BARBECUE 
1 lb. chipped ham
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
8 tbsp. catsup

Heat chipped ham thoroughly in skillet with tablespoon of shortening. Mix the above barbecue sauce ingredients and heat. Pour sauce over chipped ham and mix thoroughly. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
