BLUEBERRY CHEESE SQUARES 
1 roll prepared cookie dough (lemon or sugar)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling

Slice cookies in 1/4 inch slices. Overlap in bottom of 9x13 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool a few minutes.

Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour pie filling over cookie crust. Pour cream mixture over berries and bake 25-30 minutes more. Serves 12.
