CARAMEL ICING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 - 2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt 1/2 cup butter; add brown sugar. Cook over low heat 2 minutes. Add milk and cook, stirring until it boils. Remove from heat and cool. Add confectioners' sugar gradually and beat.
