MACADAMIA NUT PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. (7 oz. jar) Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Preheat electric oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs until foamy with electric mixer; blend in sugar, corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla; fold in nuts.

Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until center of pie is set; test by shaking gently. Cool on wire rack.

(NOTE: If Macadamia nuts are unsalted add 1/2 teaspoon salt to above ingredients.)

Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
