1 Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. lettuce, shredded
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips
2 lg. tomatoes, diced

Place frozen pie crust on a well greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Be sure to poke vent holes in pie crust with a fork. Take pie crust out of oven and reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion together, then drain grease. Add taco seasoning mix according to package instructions. In a small bowl mix refried beans with 1/3 cup taco sauce.

Layer half refried bean mixture, 1 cup of cheese and tortilla chips in bottom of pie crust. Repeat meat and cheese layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
