TANDORI CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lb. chicken, quartered
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
15 drops red coloring
3-4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. ground ginger powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. yogurt
1 tsp. paprika

Mix the ingredients. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 8-10 hours. Then broil on barbecue or oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with Indian salad.
