MONICA'S ORANGE JELLO 
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. pkg. tapioca pudding
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 c. water
1-2 cans mandarin oranges
1-2 cans chopped pineapple (optional)

Mix water, Jello, pudding mixes and bring to slow rolling boil. Cool in refrigerator 30-45 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip, mandarin oranges and pineapple. Chill until set.
