VEGETABLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
16 oz. vegetable Del Sol frozen (cauliflower, broccoli & carrot)
35 Ritz crackers
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter

Make vegetables per directions. Crush Ritz crackers with rolling pin. Melt butter. Mix butter and crackers together. Put vegetables in casserole dish. Add cubed cheese. Cover with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
