HERBED DIP 
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
3 tsp. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. dried dill

Blend all ingredients. Chill. Serve on crackers or use for dip for vegetables. Thin more with low-fat yogurt and make salad dressing.
