STRAWBERRY-LEMON PIE | |
10" baked pie crust Cook until bubbly, then 2 minutes more: 1/2 c. water 2 c. mashed strawberries 3 tbsp. cornstarch Add: 1 tbsp. butter Red coloring (opt.) Cover and chill. Beat until fluffy 6 ounces of cream cheese. Add 1 1/4 cups half and half, dash of lemon peel and box of lemon instant pudding. Beat on low speed one minute. Pour into crust in layers and swirl. |
