"COOL" LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. super moist lemon cake mix
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix water and Jello. Add to cake mix already mixed with other ingredients. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

While cake is still hot, pierce with long fork all over. Cover immediately with glaze. Refrigerate.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
