BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 bananas, sliced in half lengthwise
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, sliced and drained

Combine cracker crumbs and butter in large bowl; mix and pat into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish; chill. Combine sugar and 1 cup butter in a large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Spread carefully over chilled crumbs. Arrange banana over mixture. Add pineapple and strawberries. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts; put cherries on top. May use fresh strawberries.
