DIET VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 head cauliflower
4 carrots, sliced
4 lg. ribs of celery, sliced
1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
2 cans chicken or beef broth, or 1 can of each
2 tsp. instant or cubes chicken or beef bouillon
Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
