HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into small ovenproof dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 2 cups. Serve hot with toasted pita bread triangles or corn tortilla chips.
