DIABETIC ORANGE CUPCAKES 
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. white sugar twin
1 egg
1 tbsp. grated orange rind

Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter, egg and orange juice. Beat until creamy. Stir into dry ingredients. Add rind. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
