MINIATURE FUDGE CUPCAKES 
4 sq. semi sweet chocolate
2 sticks butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. unsifted flour
4 lg. eggs
1/3 c. nuts

Melt chocolate and butter. Add nuts until well coated. In mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and unbeaten eggs. Mix until blended. Do not stir. Stir in chocolate and nut mixture. Do not beat. Stir in vanilla. Place in miniature baking cups and completely fill with batter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes about 45 miniatures.
