4 qt. popped popcorn
1 lb. M&M'S®
1/2 lb. peanuts
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 bag lg. marshmallows

Melt butter, oil and marshmallows. Pour over corn, peanuts and M&M'S®. Butter hands and press mixture into well buttered angel food cake pan. Press firm, cool a few minutes and turn out on plate; slice. Keep covered with wax paper.
