BROCCOLI LASAGNA ROLL-UPS 
CHEESE SAUCE:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese

4 (10-inch) curly lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
4 slices boiled ham (4 oz.)
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained

Make cheese sauce in small saucepan. Stir together mayonnaise, flour, salt and pepper. Stir constantly over medium heat 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Stirring constantly cook until thick (do not boil). Stir in cheese until melted. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.

Spoon half of cheese sauce into 1 1/2 quart oblong baking dish. Place 1 slice of ham and 1/4 of broccoli on each lasagna noodle. Roll up jelly roll fashion; place each roll-up in the baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over roll-ups; cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more or until hot.

Makes 4 servings.
