CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1/2 can water
12 to 16 oz. can Collegetown chicken broth

Grease casserole, add uncooked rice and the can of soup. Add 1/2 soup can of water and chicken broth. Stir well. Place a small lump of butter in center of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If desired, small cubes of cooked chicken may also be added to casserole before baking.
