BROCCOLI SOUFFLE | |
1 lb. small cottage cheese 1 lg. pkg. broccoli, drained and cooked 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated 6 eggs, beaten 1/3 c. butter, melted 1/3 c. flour Salt and pepper to taste Cook broccoli until tender. Melt butter and add flour. Combine all ingredients and mix lightly. Put in 10" greased pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes for glass, or 350 degrees for metal.
