2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. milk plus 1 tsp. more

Mix flour, shortening, and salt. Add vinegar to milk. Add to flour mixture. Stir and roll for pie crust.
