BROCCOLI WITH BEEF
1 lb. flank steak
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. msg
1 knob ginger grated
Dash salt
1 tbsp. oil

GRAVY:

1 c. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt
l tbsp. oyster sauce

Cut flank steak diagonally into 1/4 inch strips. Marinate the meat for a few hours in soy sauce, cornstarch, msg, ginger, salt and oil mixture. Next saute 4 cups broccoli with high heat 2 to 3 minutes in a little salt. Add a few drops of water to prevent burning. Take out and put in a bowl. Cook marinated meat in 1 tablespoon oil over high heat and cook until brown and half cooked. Turn down heat and add broccoli and gravy. Cook until thickened. (You can use any kind of vegetables you prefer. It doesn't have to be broccoli only).
