WORLD'S BEST HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. sweet butter, cut in small pieces
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. strained Dutch processed cocoa powder (substitutes won't work).

Heat cream and butter in saucepan until butter melts and cream boils. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Reduce heat, add salt and cocoa; whip with small wire whisk until smooth. Serve hot on ice cream, brownies or cake. You can also add nuts.
