CASHEW CHICKEN 
2 chicken breast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. sherry
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. onion tops
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. cashews
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. soy sauce

Bone chicken and cut in 1 inch cubes. Combine in bowl with salt, sugar, sherry, and soy sauce. Let stand 30 minutes; drain, reserving marinade. Dip chicken in cornstarch, then eggs. Brown in oil. Add garlic salt, ginger, water, Accent, and marinade. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Add cashews and cook one minute. Sprinkle with onion tops and serve. Serves 4.
