ICED LEMON SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. chilled 7 Up
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 lg. bananas, sliced
1 c. marshmallows, cut up
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve lemon gelatin in the boiling water and let cool partially. Stir in 7 Up, well drained pineapple, banana slices and marshmallow pieces. Pour into 7 x 11 or larger dish and chill until set.

Stir the pineapple juice and eggs into the combined sugar and flour and cook until thickened. Beat in the butter, then cool the mixture. Fold in whipped cream and spread over the salad. Chill at least 4 to 6 hours.
