LEMON CHERRY SALAD 
2 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. Philly cream cheese
1 pkg. diced marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Make lemon Jello with 1 cup pineapple juice; add water, if needed. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, and marshmallows. Add whipped cream and mayonnaise. When lemon Jello is beginning to set; fold in cream cheese mixture. Let stand overnight.

Next day, make cherry Jello and when partly set pour over other mixture. Refrigerate again until set. Use wet knife to cut.
