IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Bisquick

Blend in blender; pour into mixing bowl and add 1 cup diced ham or bacon (shrimp or crab may be used). Add 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (or cheese of your choice). Pour in greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Set 10 minutes before cutting.
