GREEN BEAN AND MEAT CASSEROLE 
4 lg. potatoes, sliced
1 lb. wieners, cut up or 1 lb. hamburger, browned
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 qt. canned green beans, drained
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. soft cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tbsp. butter

Mix together potatoes, meat, onions, and beans; place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Heat butter until melted, add flour and salt, stir in milk and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Pour over potato mixture. Can sprinkle with bread crumbs if desired. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees.
